Box won’t start up

My box had been working fine but today I switched it on and nothing happened.

the lights are sequential blue then blue and pink together but no start up screen or anything.

i have disconnected and reconnected all cables switched it off and one from the plug and from the back switch. 
I have tried holding the +/- for 15 seconds but no joy.

Anyone got any other options?

As you have tried the maintenance reset, and the box won't start, it's an ex-box.

 

hold fire until early next week as you are in the staff's queue for a response.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile. 

 

We will not attempt to call you, this is so we can locate your account and run tests on your line if required. We will then reply via this Community.
