Britbox on Youview

I have subscribed to Britbox and wish to view via the TV / Youview box.

I have tried updating software and apps but all is reported as upto date.

I have seen posts that suggest the software/app should automatically be updated to Youview by now but this is not the case.

The make and model of box is shown as Huawei : DN370T.02.03.P so I don't know if this is the issue and I need the DN372 upgrade to be able to receive Britbox.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi Karl

thank you for the prompt despatch of the replacement/upgrade box 

I have installed and am very pleased to report that it works a treat.

Not only can I now watch Britbox via the TV but the response speed is much improved.

We have lost the recordings which were on the old box but some of them are actually available on Britbox so we are not too concerned; we now have more than enough to watch ..!!
