Hi! My Huawei TV box 'crashed' yesterdayand would not reload. Blue and red light flashing.
I turned it off and back on and followed a number of the fix guides and worked on it for a few hours.
It would begin to reload but it then was unable to complete. It appeared to be unable to connect to the internet. Though other devices in our household are able to connect to the wifi.
I have had the box a few years and its performance has been increasingly poorly in the last six months or so. Am I flogging a dead horse here and is it time to change the box? If so, can anyone tell me how I can make that happen please? Many thanks, Angela

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
