Can't remove Sky movies

I am trying to remove Sky movies from my boosts so I am not charged for another month as I no longer want it, the page in my account tells me I am in a commitment till 9/7/2020 and so cannot remove it, previously I have been able to remove it part way through a month so why can't I do this now?

My bill isn't generated till the 8th of the month and I don't want to be charged for another month and then have to wait for a refund.

Problem sorted after a lengthy and infuriating live chat session, having the agent keep repeating "a breakage fee will be payable" when being asked how much the fee will be several times is ridiculous.
