I would like cancel the TalkTalk TV package which appears to be added to my account. I do not use this and did not request this when signing up to my latest Broadband and phone package. I have however noticed that this is an extra charge of £4 a month that is showing on the details I have just been sent with my FasterFibre set up instructions.
I would be grateful for information on how to cancel this.
This often seems to get slipped in at the moment, when people renew from a one-click email prompt / My Account offers.
You can phone them from Monday at 9am (wait for messages to conclude and ask for the LOYALTY team) on 03451720046.
Then get staff on here to check that it has actually been done.
