I just cancelled the TalkTalk TV and they sent out the package when I tried to cancel before it was sent out. Do I have the right to refuse to accept the parcel at the door? If so will it get sent back to TalkTalk?
In the package is a free of charge returns bag. If you return via that method you'll be able to request proof of posting which will be your assurance of not getting charged for a 'lost package'.
You could always try to refuse delivery. But as that's not normal who knows what the process is for getting the package back to TalkTalk for credit to your account. 'Undelivered' items may well get returned to the delivery depot awaiting advice of redelivery and then if not delivered in two weeks or so get returned to TalkTalk.
