Got code IPC6017 on  tv yesterday when trying to access Sky channels. I have tried resetting tv, box etc. I am due to upgrade to Fibre broadband on the 10th but that shouldnt't affect my current viewing. Has anyone got a solution, pls.

Hi,

 

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
