I can’t connect the tv to the router despite all other devices being connected to the WiFi.
ive tried everything online, re booted, reset the Ethernet cable, mains, everything.constantly saying connecting to the router, times out, connects again.any ideas?
How is your TV box connected to the router, Is it ethernet cable directly or via Power Line Adapters?
If PLA's are all 3 lights on both of them showing green with no occasional orange or red flickering on the middle ones?

Could you please ensure that your community profile includes your PHONE NUMBER as OCE's will need this to tie up your screen name to your account. (click on your avatar to view the information > Settings > Launch Profile Wizard,put your phone number in box, then scroll to the bottom of page and click save)

Are you able to connect the TV box to the router directly with an ethernet cable an run through the set up process, does it work. If so, then place the box back in the original position and see if it connects again ?
