DN370T Freezing on Recordings Screen

My Talktalk box has a recurring problem after watching recordings. I can't leave the recordings screen without fully powering down the box using the button on the rear. I've tried all of the recovery options, keeping recordings, deleting recordings, reloading firmware from the internet but the problem remains. Could someone please advise.

If you have tried a maintenance reset and the issue is still ongoing, as a last resort you can try the full factory reset from the youview menus, but please note, this will erase all current recordings. 


If there are issues with the Hard Drive, then this reset may help and will reset the drive.
