DN372T not responding

Hi

 

I am having continuing problems with my TV box. When I try to change channels it takes ages to respond and there have been times when I have pressed the button again thinking I didn't press it properly first time, however this can cause the box to change to a different channel for example I press 1 and then after a while press 1 again for the TV channel to change to 11.

It also takes ages to load any of the apps like Netflix even when I have used them countless times. 

Please could someone advise as I have done all the resets etc that other posts have suggested. I am considering cancelling my subscription.
