Hi, I changed from broadband to fibre broadband on 03 May. Everything has been working perfectly up until tonight when I tried to purchase a film and then play it. I recieve the error code TTG-252, in fact all the films I have previously purchased are now showing the same error code. I have read the various posts concerning this code and have so far tried turning the youview box off for 5 minutes and restarting but to no avail. Have checked system updates etc, they were all updated successfully this morning. Would anyone be able to offer any other advice?
