My youview box is saying its connected to my router and the internet but i cant get any channels. My youview box is connected via ethernet cable. My broadband and landline are working. Im getting error IPC6023. Ive done a reset on the router and also factory reset my youview box. Ive got a green light for the ethernet on the router but no light for the tv. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Turn TV box and router off for 30 minutes. This will clear current session.
Restart everything and retest.
Aslo, check your home phone line and confirm the line is clear, no noise or crackles etc.
