Faulty TV Plus box

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can help. I've had my current TV Plus box for around 5 years, however recently started to have a few issues with it.

It takes around 10 minutes to power on now, and a lot of the time i'm getting the 'no signal' message. The arieal has been checked by a company, and all is well. Also when using DTV the signal is at full strength.

 

How would I go about getting a replacement tv plus box please?

I forgot to mention, I have followed the guides on here about resetting the box and retuning, but this has not solved the issue.
