Faulty Talktalk plus TV box

I have been having problems with my box for a while now. These include locking up, resuming from pause often doesnt play sound (need to rewind and try again multiple times), navigating the menus or resuming from pause can take a while for it to respond. Unsure if this is hardware or software related but the box can record multiple copies of the same program from various channels (such as ITV, ITV+1 etc) when it hasnt been asked to.

 

It has been reset countless times to try resolve the various issues I get with it which sometimes work sometimes takes more than 1 reset.

Hi

 

As your out of contract, the TV box can only be replaced if you start a new contract.  You can do this online in My Account or by calling / live chat with our customer teams.

Hi have also been having issues with my talk talk tv, i have tried all the options in maintenance mode but it will still not turn on, every tome it just reverts back to maintenance mode. How do i go about requesting a new box ?

If you start your own thread (new message), wed love to help.

 

Weve found that posting in someone elses conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
