Can someone point me in the right direction please.
I am getting charged money for TalkTalk TV but I do not have that service or as far as I know subscribed to it at any time. I have been looking everywhere on how to cancel it but cant find a button where it says "cancel here". Anyone know what I can do ?
The TV Charge was introduced in Jan 2019 and encompasses all aspects of TV, the ability to add TV boosts, rent / view movies and content via the TalkTalkTV website for all customers, the £5 monthly voucher code towards a rental or purchase etc.
If you do not use any of these functions, you can call our customer loyalty teams directly and they can look at changing your current package.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
