Huawei TV plus box

Hi,

I seem to be unable to update the apps on my Huawei TV Plus box. I keep getting the message it can't be done and please try later - i try again later but still no luck. Also, when trying to use some apps I get a message saying that the box is no longer supported and I cannot use the apps. When reading through various threads it seems as though various boxes have had a major software update at some point as the screen shots of the tv pictures, such as the EPG, now look much different to my box. I guess that as my box isn't now supported then i don't recieve the software update?

Anyway, my question is that are there more modern tv plus boxes available now and if so can I have one please Smiley_Face

I've got  Huawei tv box that only BBC Iplayer works on. No other player works and I just get the message "programme currently not available". I have had this problem for years but used other devices instead. I have recently upgraded to fibre and want to use the Huawei tv box more but this problem prevents me from doing so. Do you have any suggestions?

Weve found that posting in someone elses conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
