my Tv box has been playing up now for well over 6 months.
It freezes, displays a blank screen only, misses recordings/part records and refuses to switch on.
Its had more reboots, resets, and now factory resets, all still without solving the problem....help please.
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
Please reply when this has been updated.
Your not a TV customer, so a replacement box cannot be issued.
If you call our customer loyalty teams they can add TV to your account and discuss a replacement TV box but as it stands, a TV box will not be supplied.
