Huawei box model DN370T

Hi there,

 

The talk talk tv box model DN370T, has unfortunately stopped working. I read I  other posts and it seems the the New Fiber router is perhaps not compatible with it.

Could I please request a replacement as it's very difficult to be indoors without a tv these days 😨

Look forward for a reply, I'm a newbie here so been trying since Saturday to work these boards !

Hi

 

There are no issues with the router compatibility with the TV box.

 

Are you able to perform a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.

 

Does this then allow you to set the box back up.
