I recently upgraded to fibre 65, my WiFi speeds have not changed one bit and I now have TalkTalk tv on the way which I didn’t want

Hi

 

Your router is in sync at 79mb.

 

Can you test the speeds over w wired connection and this will verify the speed down the line.  

 

WiFi speeds are local and will register between the router and the receiving device, so if there are speed issues with wifi only, then we can focus on this area and help you troubleshoot this.

 

With regard to TV, this is included with all packages.  If you want to cancel or change any part of a service, give our Loyalty team a call directly on 03451720046
