I've tried to reset my box back to factory settings but it won't accept. This will be the third time

I need a new TV box. I've tried resetting to factory but it's not responding. This will be the third or fourth time it's happened to this box. It is usually fixed by reverting to factory settings.

Hi

 

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please reply when this has been updated.
