Hi my subscription channels tell me I'm not connected to internet and to check connection...ipc6023.

Internet working so I'm lost. Please help 🙂

Hi there all devices rebooted and tv box is connected to router by cable. Everything been working fine til there was internet issues in Swansea 3 days ago

Hi Karl. Still not working. I spoke to live chat agent on weekend and he is sending engineer out weds.

Ok, no issues are showing this side, and the IPTV tests are showing the exchange equipment is configured correctly.  The engineer can check all equipment and a new TV box to see if that is the issue.
