Issue with ordering replacement TV Plus Box

I'm having a massive issue trying to find out the status of my request for a replacement box - current one approx 11 months old, freezing, not recording, powering itself right off - have done all manner of factory resets and been told on three occasions a replacement has been sent however it is not showing under orders?
