No thanks, I don’t see why I have to agree to potential charges when the issue isn’t my end. I will just have to cancel my boosts. It’s a shame but this has gone on far too long.

The engineer condition is something that openreach make for any booking, no matter what the fault.  An engineer visit can not proceed without confirmation of their conditions.
