Kids Entertainment Channels not working

Hi. I subscribed to the Kid's Entertainment boost a fortnight ago, but I still cannot access them. Help needed, please.

Hi

 

I've had a look into this.  I can see the boost on the account but when checking in IRIS - linking to the TV database it is showing no subscription.

 

I've passed this to our TV Teams to have a look at the back end database to see if there is an issue and I'll reply here as soon as I get an answer for you.
