Kids Tv boost activation

I purchased kids Tv boost a week ago and it's not been activated - Plus when i try to navigate the TV with the remote, it shows (More TV unavailable. Wait a moment and try again. for more info visit support.you view.com and search for YVM105)

Which i've tried with no luck. my kids are bored stuck in a flat with no garden.

Please help!

I'm not seeing a TV box connected.

 

Is the TV Box direct to the router with a cable ?

hi, yes it is but is shows more tv  unavailable. may be the box is faulty! i dont know.

i'll try to connect again and get back.

Hi Karl,

Yah!!!  It worked.

I re-checked the cables and restarted the box.It turned out my ethernet cable was not properly connected to the box.
