Hi I have ordered under my offers a new lite TV box for £25. My box has been cancelled for the fourth time now. Nobody can tell me what is the problem. I have been with talktalk a long time and my old TV box keeps playing up.
What do I need to do to get this resolved.
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

There are a few different ways to order equipment and there is a specific way I order TV boxes for faults, and these usually go through ok.
In the event of a failure I have the option of contacting our logistics teams and getting them to send one manually if all else fails.
