Cannot get any channels above 100 in my lounge but get them all still in bedroom. I've rebooted tv box and router. Tried all the suggestions in help section. Reported to talk talk. They messaged me to say line check ok and to ring again. I rang to receive message that they're shut(?!).
Does anyone have any idea what's gone wrong or what I can do to put it right?
