Lost my subscription channels

All my subcripition channels have disappeared overnight. I have retuned my box but still no subscription channels. Can you help?

I've checked all settings this side and all looks correct.

 

Can you see the channels in the guide ?

 

When you select a channel, what happens, any on screen errors ?

 

Is the TV box connected directly to the router with a cable ?

 

Are you using the TalkTalk router ?

 

Can you view on demand such as BBC Iplayer etc ?

No I can't see channels in the guide
No error messages. if I select Sky Sports News it goes to the last number channel in the list
No TV box not connected directly to the router via a wifiboost.
yes using TalkTalk router
Have not tried using on demand.

Try Iplayer, this will check for internet connection.

 

If using adapters, are these directly into wall sockets and are the lights on these all green.

Yes the adaptors are plugged into the wall sockets and all lights are green.
i am currently in work but will try the IPlayer when i get home
