Lost over 30 channells since re-tune 12/02/2020

First Timer

Getting rather peed off with this service now, had tonnes of trouble with the TV box losing IP address, freezing etc now after being told to retune, and attempting it 5 times this morning i have lost over 30 channells, needless to say this contract will not be renewed.

Try a retune with no aerial connected, then connect the aerial and retune and see if the channels are picked up.


If not, connect the aerial to a freeview TV and check the channels are all working, this will make sure the aerial and transmission are ok, given the current weather conditions.
