We had bad weather 1 day last month and since then I’ve lost all my channels apart from freeview channels. They will start working but then glitch and the box turns itself off

Is the TV box connected wired or using power line adapters?
Have you tried a maintenance reset? How to find maintenance mode?

I have plugged everything in as it should be and I had all my subscribed channels for all of 5 minutes before I lost them again and lost signal so yet again I have a glitched screen whenever I go onto anything that’s not on freeview
