MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH TV PLUS BOX - AGAIN!!

Hi

 

For the last couple of months my TV Plus box has not been working properly. When I tell you I've tried EVERYTHING to fix it, I'm not exaggerating.

 

I'm experiencing:

 

Fail to record

Picture flashing on and off

Total freezing of everything so have to switch off and reboot from start.

 

I've reset the box countless times, and quite frankly, I'm fed up having to switch the box off and on, in order to get the service I'm paying for.

 

Talktalk have been providing the same model for years. You'd think someone would have realised by now that there is a major problem with these TV Plus boxes.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.

 

NB: Latest replacement box arrived at start of year
