Multi Room set up

Hello, my appointment for multi room was delayed because the broadband installation at my new house ran into some issues. Then lockdown happened so it couldn’t be re-arranged. Are the TT TV engineers back to work or do you know when it may be possible to get the appointment re-booked?

Engineers have been responding to faults during the current crisis and as soon as this has passed all installations for additional services can continue.

 

If you call our customer Loyalty team they may be able to advise if they are able to confirm a booking for you.
