This is my first post here so I’m not sure if this is the right place for my message. My youview box is failing to record and freezes and doesn’t respond to the remote. I get a blank screen when I start it from the remote. I have tried a maintenance reset as suggested on this forum but it hasn’t made a difference. I have to switch it off at the back and restart from there to get it to work at all. The box is quite old. Can someone help. Thank you
