I have had issues with my freeview feezing anyway but I have a free Netflix trial (which I won't be carrying on with because of this btw) and it just stops at around a minute of playing and keeps saying i'm not connected to the internet. I can play via my laptop.

Please don't tell me to reset my box, I have reset it, updated my Tv, reset the modem etc...a million times. Every time I try to connect with the technical team they are "busy helping someone else"

Help appreciated!!

Hi

If you play content from other players - BBC Iplayer or ITV player etc, does this content play ok ?

Thanks

Karl.

Hi Karl, I have trouble with it freezing a lot on most things, it is better than it was a few months ago but I reset everything I had and it got a bit better.

Even my recordings freeze if I try to forward through the adverts.

Hi

Is the youview box direct to the router with a cable or are you using powerline adapters ?

Thanks

Karl.
