Following your e-mails I have registered with NOW TV and paid 1 months subscription of £20 but when I tried to open the app on my TV a message came up saying my device did not support this app and to phone my Talktalk help line which I did and got no help at all.
Can you tell me what is wrong and how are you going to correct it.
I have also NOT received from you an e-mail to confirm the transaction
Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
