Netflix will not play in my TV using the talktalk TV box. It was playing normally last night, but tonight I keep getting the error code ui-113.
I restarted everything by unplugging the box and the router for 5 minutes, I signed out of my Netflix account and tried to sign back in, still nothing, I get the same error.
I click on "check your network", I get green ticks on all 4 netflix servers and the Internet connecrion, everything looks fine.
I can watch Netflix without any problem in my mobile phone and in my laptop, so it's not a Netflix issue.
Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).
Set the TV Box back up and after it updates any software try the Netflix option again.
