I have tried all the suggestions to get the network adaptors to link including checking the ethernet cables, turning the router and the powerbox on and off and I am still unable to get Youview.
I can't find anyone to call or email and am very frustrated with my inability to find someone at talktalk who can help.
I'm sorry to hear this. What lights are on the adapters? Have they previously worked/connected ok? Have you also seen the below Help Article?
Both adapters have been working satisfactorily for some time.
I have switched the router off and back on again. I have completed all the advised checks and they will not link. The power light is on on both of them and when pressing the link button the power button blinks but neither of them show any other lights.
Did you also try factory resetting the adapters and then resetting them up again? Did you receive the adapters as part of an install or through the TalkTalk Store?
