one of my network connectors is broken, there’s no lights on it at all. I have been on your fix it page and tried all your solutions but nothing. I’m pretty fed up now as Its been like this Since Thursday, there has been no help from yourselves on here, can’t get through on the the phone! Clearly I need new adapters is it possible you can send me some so I can use the service I’m paying for !!
