Recieved my Talktalk TV box yesterday, but the box will not progress on from the waking up screen.
I've followed the help advice and used maintenance mode and reset the box at least 10 times but I'm stuck in a loop with the box always ending up at System start up error (100).
Have I recieved a defective unit.
I'll get a replacement box out to you so we can swap this over.

Thanks for sorting this out, is it just the box itself that is being swapped out or is it the whole thing, cables remote etc, just so I know what to box up ready.
