BT have asked for an appointment so this is booked in for Monday 17th PM slot. (1-6).
They initially arranged an appointment for the 12th. I then went back and had this re-scheduled for you.
The initial text will have been sent from our system. I've amended the appointment directly on the openreach system so this will not trigger a text.
