Not receiving my box and I ordered it a week ago

@Titchem26, please complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

It's important to add your Talktalk landline phone number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard. 

 

Staff reply Monday to Friday, and it can take a few days for them to reach new threads. 

 

Please look out for their response.
