On demand players not working

Hello,

Neither BBC or ITV players via you view box will play. Can find programmes and looks like are working but ater a few mins doing nothing cuts out then reverts back to previous channel ie normal tv. Haven't had problems previously, wifi is fine and can use both on other devices, any ideas?

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.

Set the box back up and let it update.  Try the players again and see if they work without any problems.
