A long running saga. New TV box gives pixelating picture. Changed hdmi cable checked aerial connection retuned several times no improvement. Fitted an old humax recorder I have which works perfectly same TV etc. Talktalk box unwatchable. Contacted this help service Carl sent an email and asked me to retune again. It didn't work I sent photos of the pixelating with the talktalk box and photos of the humax working on the same program. The signal strength on the talktalk box is half that of humax and it must be 10 years old at least. Heard nothing back in two weeks. I've reconnected the old humax obviously. I'd like a new talktalk box that works, a refund for the months it hasn't worked and an explanation from a talktalk customer service manager on why emails are ignored. I don't think this is the helpers like Carl it's the management behind them. Save money save money.
