Plus box slow to respond and players not software updating

I've tried to update and reset via maintenance mode, but nothing changes. The box is very laggy when responding to key presses on the remote, and a few of the app/players won't software update, giving instead a phone number to contact. Sometimes, recordings from broadband delivered channels are just an hour long blank instead of the programme.  Any ideas?

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please reply when this has been updated.
