Tv pixelating and losing connection. Have rebooted router and reset to box.tv guide still shows. We are running the 633 router.we had the same problem before X mas.A new TVs box fixed the problem at the time.

Have you tried using the Dlink router ?

 

Do any other devices lose connection ?

Hi Karl. Everything else connected to Internet work ok. Dlink router works ok but will not connect.we tried this router before Xmas without any success. Still using the old 633 router.this has worked fine up to the last couple of weeks.cannot understand why Dlink router won't play internet channels .Tv light does not come on

I've asked our network team to have a look at this line.  I'm seeing an increase in resistance on the line.

Networks advise there is an increase of errors and they have asked BT to change the DLM setting to increase error protection to see if this helps.

 

This should be actioned in the next 48 hrs.
