If unsure, never click any link in an email.

TalkTalk do have a fairness charter and will start to email customers when the end of their contract is near so this could be a legitimate email, but I will always advise that if you receive an email you are unsure of, never click any links.

You can call in and ask to speak to the customer loyalty teams directly and they can advise of all the current offers available.  They will be more aware of the latest offers to renew a contract.

Alternatively, log into My Account and see if any offers are showing there.
