My YouView remote stopped working some of the number buttons were getting hard to press, after spending about 3 hours with a technical advisor who kept on saying am I pairing the remote and I kept saying NO I had no more replies- useless customer service

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

Can you try a soft reset of the Youview box. Hold the power button down for 8 seconds until it starts a reboot.  Then retest.

Hi Karl, I have gone through all of this, for some time now some of the number buttons have been a bit temperamental, and now some do not work. I spent about 3 hours with a technician via live chat asking me 10 times if I’ve changed the batteries etc etc after going through EVERYTHING I had a message saying you’re taking too long, have a good evening. end of conversation!! the chaps name was mpha
