Remote control volume buttons

Hi, hoping someone can help, for some reason the volume buttons on our remote have stopped working and a reset hasn't fixed it.

Hi

 

Press 1 & 6 together for 3 seconds – Red LED turns on.

 

Enter code : 9 8 1

 

Red light will blink and remote will be set to Factory Settings.

 

Check the volume buttons change volume on the Box.

 

Enter the code for your TV and see if the remote will work with the volume of your TV Model.
