Just upgraded my TT package to faster fibre. I couldn't find a way to opt out of £4 TV charge. I've been paying this every month for years, have TT TV box (unopened since it first arrived) and have never used it.
Please can you let me know how to remove the fee?
The TV charge if part of the new contract and would not be removed.
When this was introduced in Feb 2019, existing customers were given the choice to opt out as this was introduced for them mid contract, but for contracts that start after March 2019, the TV charge would not be removed.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

TT should make it clear that this fee is compulsory, rather than stating it is 'Your Boosts' in the package. It is not my boost, just part of monthly fee so they should state their cost as £25.95, which of course would make them less competitive but a lot more transparent.
