Replacement new DN372T box faulty fresh out of box 2/7/19.

Hi Karl, Replacement box arrived Tues.9th, many thanx. Old suspect box had faulty start up same day but good start up Weds am. In spite of this good start decided to try new box.

Commissioned your new box on Weds pm. As of today (11th) the new box has behaved impeccably 😁. Noted new box is a DN372T ver 02.

For benefit of forum readers next job is to pack and return the old box within time parameters set to avoid surcharge.

Hi Karl, Conclusion: Great box, I'm happy with this latest DN372T. I've switched to Fibre Broadband in the middle of the evaluation. Noticed far less buffering taking place on tghings like i-player. Desktop has also speeded up. Rgds
